zadblog

So what is this "zadblog" thing? It's a place where I can post news, thoughts and random rantings. I can say with great certainty that this will evolve. I'll probably spin off separate blogs for different topics - baby, work, home renovation, politics. That way, folk looking for baby news don't have to see my latest drywalling blunder or my "siding with the terrorists" by believing that thou shalt not kill.

Cookie


So, Evie finished her dinner and was given a chocolate-chip cookie for dessert. She was very excited to receive the cookie. Once in her hands, she went to town on it, crushing the cookie to bits to pick out the chocolate chips. Every chip was consumed. Cookie crumbs were strewn about her place at the table.

What can I say, she likes chocolate...

Ah, yes... I remember Júlia before we moved to Wisconsin. She would literally steal chocolate from the other kids in daycare. We had a hard time making her understand that she could have more chocolate even if the other kids had some too. I used to say that she would grow up to have plans to conquer the world - and eat all the chocolate. Then she grew up and stopped eating ANYTHING but Mac&Cheese. Sigh...
