New daycare day approaches

Starting Tuesday Evie will be going to a new daycare. We all like the old place, but since our jobs are in the opposite direction, we're switching to another excellent center that's closer to home.

To help the transition, we took Evie to the new daycare a couple of times for visits. Today, there were treats to celebrate the graduation of some of the current students into the 2-year-old room. Evie arrived while treats were already in progress. She patiently waited till she was served some of the yummy eclairs and ice cream sandwiches. Suffice it to say, the head start that the rest of the class had faster than you can say "that girl ain't shy around the treats". The best part was the look of recognition on the rest of the class. It's as if all those young, innocent eyes realized that if their new chum were to use her powers for evil, they would never eat at daycare again. Fortunately, Evie only uses her powers for good.
